You are the owner or the manager of a parking lot facility. Maybe you are also the estate manager, for the workplace or a prestigious commercial premises.
Naturally, you want to offer your clientele something a bit more special than simply a space to park their wheels.
As a premium asphalt contractor, Ed Finch know more than most about the best in luxury car parking.
So, when the basics have been covered, here’s what else you might consider adding to your lot.
A SMOOTH ENTRANCE
The first and most important thing you can do when planning your five star parking lot experience, is focus on the quality of the road surfacing.
Don’t ever be tempted to cut corners or lay something which is second best. We would always advise our clients to go for the best value asphalt surfacing they can afford.
By making the ride as smooth and comfortable as possible, your customers will appreciate the difference, when they drive into your parking lot.
Also, never forget that the client must get out of their vehicle and walk into your premises.
The pedestrian paving should also be carefully chosen and be easy and smooth walking, for whoever uses it!
The next thing that any parking lot should have – but especially one which is to cater for the premium end client – is absolutely secure parking.
The more expensive the car, the more nervous the driver will be of leaving it. This is when your facility has to impress them with its superior security.
Don’t allow your business or enterprise to lose out on prestigious clients because they didn’t feel safe parking their car in your lot.
Pay attention to issues such as the lighting and also install CCTV, for extra reassurance.
Your high end client is not going to want to try and reverse their enormous hummer into a parking space that is like a second skin.
Prestigious clients have larger cars. They also need additional room to get in and out of their vehicles, with some degree of dignity. Make sure you give it to them!
MEET AND GREET
We would always advise a meet and greet service is available for the high end client.
Ensure there is always someone there to welcome your client to the business and to park their cars for them. Then they will enter your premises relaxed and already feeling good about themselves.
Furthermore, don’t stop at the parking. You should be able to offer your clients a full valet service – both inside and out!
A premium parking lot starts with your client feeling valued – take all the steps necessary to ensure they feel valued from the first minute they visit your business!
